Welcome to Orchid Law
Orchid Law is a small, friendly firm that puts customer service and efficiency high on its list of priorities. The services provided are residential property sales, purchases and other conveyancing matters, wills, probate and estate administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney for customers throughout Kent and South East England. Founded in 2010, the business is based in Bethersden, Ashford.
The office is located in beautiful countryside with parking available and is easily accessible from the M20 and A28 between Ashford and Tenterden.
All transactions are handled by Michelle Post, a fully qualified solicitor with over 25 years’ experience within the legal profession. Michelle is happy to work outside regular office hours if required and responds to telephone messages and emails the same day. The service is designed to be friendly and approachable, helping clients to minimise stress wherever possible.
There are three methods of delivery of Orchid Law’s services:
Premium
We visit you at your office or home within Kent, London and South East England on two occasions at mutually convenient times.
These visits can take place during the evenings or at weekends.
Standard
Come and visit us at our office on two occasions or more during the transaction.
The majority of correspondence will be sent by email and PDF attachments saving on cost and being more environmentally friendly.
For conveyancing transactions you will need to be able to receive large PDF files.
