We strive to provide sufficient information to enable clients to make fully informed decisions. We never consider any question to be a “stupid” one and are perfectly happy for our clients to continue to ask the same question if they have not fully understood the response. The majority of our work is carried out on a fixed fee basis and, accordingly, clients should not worry if they need further clarification. We recognise clients have different needs. For example, first time buyers or those who have not moved house for many years often need extra guidance as they are unfamiliar with the conveyancing process.
