Probate

orchid law probate

“Probate” means a legal document granted by the Probate Registry to the Executors of a Will authorising them to deal with a deceased person’s Estate.

If a person dies without leaving a Will (“intestate”) then the Probate Registry will grant “Letters of Administration” to the relatives.

Please contact us as soon as possible after the death of a loved one and we can then provide you with a no obligation quotation for us to deal with the administration of the estate.

Having experienced herself the loss of a loved one, Michelle Post understands how you may be feeling and is able to offer you a supporting and caring service.

If you wish us to act for you, then please supply us with all paperwork located
amongst the deceased’s possessions concerning the assets and liabilities of the Estate.
